My New Habitat!

Dear Diary,
ERRMAGHEERD! You will never ever believe what happened yesterday! I was just doing my thing, eating the leaves off the tree... When suddenly I heard footsteps approaching me. The next thing I knew, a man ran up to me with a sharp pokey thingy and poked me in the ribs. Suddenly I collapsed onto the dirt and bark!

When I woke up I rubbed my eyes it was all blurred, I couldn't see anything, so I shook my head. I thought I was dreaming, I was so squashed I was in a box. My legs were nearly over my head. I got sore and tired of getting squashed so I went to sleep. A few minutes later (It felt like 2 minutes) I woke up. I was in a bright light.

The first thing I did was look up, I had no words to say... There was everything I loved trees, and more trees and water I had no idea where I was but I loved it.

 But I also really missed my parents; sometimes I wonder if I would ever see them again. All of a sudden I heard a laugh I sounded like my Mum. I thought it was a joke but I heard it again, I looked across the cage and I saw my Mum and Dad. I yelled out to them "MUM DAD!!!" once we saw each other we were so happy. We talked for a while. We both loved our new habitat.

    Hi Caitlin. Your story is amazing. I liked the way you said ERRMAGHEERD! You will never ever believe what happened yesterday! That hooked me in to read your story. Is this a dream you had or did you make it up?

      Hi Rau, B4 are learning about habitats. So our class made a story up about getting kidnapped from their natural habitat

My Amazing Camp Experience

Camp "Wake up" yelled mum, so I rushed to school, I grabbed my bags and headed off. Minutes later I had arrived and we travelled down to Camp Adair. As soon as we had reached our destination, we all unpacked our bags and we all gathered to announce our cabin groups. My cabin was number 12, "YAY" as I was so happy because I heard Caitlin and my name has been called for the same cabin. So we unpacked our bags and gathered to have morning tea. Hi readers,  So I am writing about the play my class and I went to at Jean Batten School... lets get started.  The play was about a little girl named Olivia. Raisins Record By Alisha.

Hi I'm Alisha and as you can tell by my title I will be telling you about my schools raisins blowing record. So the day before we did the blowing challenge our principle told us we will be getting raisins. That was the day we got raisins but we weren't gonna eat them or play with the box yet. Then the next day in the afternoon we went to go on the main court and we had to meet the kids can people like one girl named Sophie. We were told that we had to break the WORLD RECORD for the LOUDEST whistle blowing with the raisins boxes. The country that we needed to beat was Great Britain and we did just carry on reading. The we were told that we will be on camera and not ordinary camera TV OMG it was so cool. Then we were getting filmed while we were blowing with the boxes then we got to throw our raisins in the air and whenever we get one throw it in the air it was so fun. Plus we got to know that we broke the WORLD RECORD OMG its so cool we beat Great Britain.
