Keeping Fit!

Last term B4 was studying 'Healthy Lifestyles'. We learned about eating and making healthy food and then we studied different ways to keep our body healthy through exercise.

We like to do workouts each morning or a 'Just Dance' video and part of our project was to make a workout card. We researched some workout circuits for a specific muscle and then took photos of us demonstrating the moves with a buddy.

Here are a few examples we made. We hope you will try them! Don't forget to stretch!

      Thank you for your comment. Just take the exercise easy and have fun. Try your best! We love SQUATS, star jumps, bear crawl and push ups. What about you?

  3. Nice story B4 FPS.It is so good that you are keeping healthy.I do some of these stretches before netball.By the way which one is the most important stretch?

      We think it depends on what muscle you are exercising. But Carlsen and Caitlin say they are all important so you don't get injured.
