Jordan Taufua Visit by Pikiteora

Yesterday morning I saw a Rugby player his Name was Jordan Taufua. 

It was lunch time when Whaea Teagan, said everybody can eat their lunch outside today, because she went to the office and came back with a surprise... it was Jordan Taufua!

 

Jordan plays rugby for a New Zealand team named Crusaders. He came to our school to show and help us learn his skills in kicking the ball, passing the ball and making tries. He told us lots of information about himself, he is 25 years old, he is from Takanini Auckland, but lives in Christchurch at the moment, his favourite food is the fish Salmon, and broccoli. 

Jordan is cool, because he signed everyone's bags, hats, book bags and arms.

My Amazing Camp Experience

Camp "Wake up" yelled mum, so I rushed to school, I grabbed my bags and headed off. Minutes later I had arrived and we travelled down to Camp Adair. As soon as we had reached our destination, we all unpacked our bags and we all gathered to announce our cabin groups. Hi readers,  So I am writing about the play my class and I went to at Jean Batten School... lets get started.  The play was about a little girl named Olivia. Raisins Record By Alisha.

Hi I'm Alisha and as you can tell by my title I will be telling you about my schools raisins blowing record. So the day before we did the blowing challenge our principle told us we will be getting raisins. That was the day we got raisins but we weren't gonna eat them or play with the box yet. Then the next day in the afternoon we went to go on the main court and we had to meet the kids can people like one girl named Sophie. We were told that we had to break the WORLD RECORD for the LOUDEST whistle blowing with the raisins boxes. The country that we needed to beat was Great Britain and we did just carry on reading. The we were told that we will be on camera and not ordinary camera TV OMG it was so cool. Then we were getting filmed while we were blowing with the boxes then we got to throw our raisins in the air and whenever we get one throw it in the air it was so fun. Plus we got to know that we broke the WORLD RECORD OMG its so cool we beat Great Britain.
